Interns:
Vigil India Movement accepts national and international applicants for the internship. Internship is open to any individual who has the commitment to promote human rights culture among the people. The intern / volunteer should be a graduate in any discipline with basic computer skills.
Interns will be placed in different places and programmes based on the needs of the organization. As part of the internship, they may be asked to participate in a variety of activities such as writing articles / reports; producing news letters; conducting / assisting in research projects and organizing meetings and events and raise funds that support the goals of the program they are assigned to.
Duration:
Internships will be for varying duration. Ideally, VIM looks for a minimum of three months to one year internship.
Accommodation:
VIM Provides basic accommodation for the both national and international candidates at the National Office. If need arise interns should be willing to stay with a host family in a village or wherever assigned.
Travel and Living Cost:
The intern or their organisation is expected to pay for the cost of travel to and from Bangalore and pay for the living expenses during the internship.
